No, they have a ridiculously low crime rate, and i believe they're intrinsically linked.

Their system wouldn't work here because their entire societal culture is different (read: way better) but that doesn't necessarily mean harsher incarceration is the way to go here.

I only ask because the state run facilities tend to be less than par. The private ones tend to be nicer, all the way around.

As far as the poster in the OP GOES, it would only be comparable if both the prison and the facility were state run.

Yeah I agree. However, I think there has been a lot of culture changes in the last several years regarding the quality of nursing homes.

In my experience it's the opposite. DDD is all up the asses of the workers in the state homes and ignores the private companies.
