heart hurts

My heart has been hurting the past few days I'm dizzy short of breath and at night when I lay down I feel like my hearts pounding out of my chest should I go to the dr or my ob.? Is this normal for pregnancy

When is your next OB appointment?

Is it possible that it is anxiety?

Possble but it doesn't seem like the ones I had after dd was born.

There sending me to a high risk dr so hopefully I can see them sooner if they ever call for an appt

There is an endless list of different anxiety symptoms. Hopefully they are able to call and get you seen. If you don't mind my asking, why are they sending you to a high risk doctor?

My thyroid that I've never had issues with is low  

I am leaning towards anxiety but, just to be on the safe side I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor and letting them know what you're experiencing.

Chest pains are never normal in my opinion. You could check with a doctor.
