How long after you had it done did you take your bandages off?

The next day..

So I can take this crap off? It was done Monday. My only concern is the baby poking at it lol

I was pretty bad at listening to instructions. Right after I was released, we went to get pizza, salad, and garlic cheese bread.

I had to go and get my dressing changed twice over the following week.

mine are still nice and clean. I'm just worried about removing them too early  

i didnt have a one. i was glued shut lmao. they said not to smurf with them for 2 weeks though. and for the food my doc said just to take it easy and go at your bodies pace

If you have the strips on underneath it should be fine. I just remember being told not to get them wet for a few days and then just let them fall off in the shower.

I just have 4 little covers. But they're starting to itch gaaahhh lol

oh those i ripped those smurfers off at the hospital

I don't remember having band-aids, just the Steri-strips. The surgeon removed them at my follow up visit a week or two after surgery.


The steri-strips start to stink after several days, too.

well i had glue underneath lmao. i picked the glue off in less than a week. then a stich started coming out of my belly button about a month later. i think it forgot to dissolve and i started pulling it out and my so was like dont do that! you will gut yourself lmao
