smelly vag. tmi?

So not long after I had DS I notice this really horrible smell coming from my bag so at my 6 week PP appointments they swabbed and gave me a cream to insert inside me. 5 days later all was better and the smell went away...for a week. I'm 8 weeks PP now and I notice the smell coming back. It's getting stronger so I went back to the gyno today and they tell me I did not have an infection last time but they did a swab on me anyway just to be sure this time. It smells like something died inside of me or something. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I texted my sister who is an obgyn nurse so I'm also waiting on her reply.

I was test for that and it came back negative

I would get a second opinion.

make sure you didn't leave a tampon in there!

Are you still having pp bleeding? It's normal to smell bad after delivery for awhile

I got swabbed again today so I will I will see what they say tomorrow or monday

I haven't used a tampon in almost a year so that can't be it lol.

And I haven't bled in 4 weeks.
