Elevated white blood cell count

posted 21st Mar
My LO is still sick! We thought she was getting better cause she stopped throwing up and sneezing all the time, but she had blood work at her check up, and her white blood cell count was elevated and they are not sure why. Scares me a little bit. I know that it could just be a viral infection, but those can lead to RSV and Pneumonia and I am freaking out that my baby might not be ok...

Just watch for high fever, bad coughing, wheezing and anything else that is new or concerning.
