They had me drink pop in the recovery room.   It was really weird

The only reason I thought of this was because I happened to be eating French fried onions with my son and I said to my husband, "Y'know...I hope I don't go into labor because of these," lol...to which he looked at me panicked and told me I'm not allowed to eat anymore lol

Yeah, they said "We usually recommend 7 up" and I was like "Uh, can I have a diet.coke instead" and they gave me one

I wasnt allowed to eat 2 years ago when I was in labor...

That's weird...My DH said it's probably like how after surgery they make you eat and drink something to make sure you're okay to go home...he didn't elaborate past that. lol

Well I had a c-section so I didnt go home for 48 hours

Souvlaki,soup,poutine and cheesecake (it was my birthday lol) I puked it all up infront of the nurse lol with my second son I don't remember!

With DD I'm pretty sure it was taco bell.
With LO DH had made us chicken stir fry for dinner.

This was right before I went into labor too.

Me either.. well, it was about two and a half years ago, but yeah. I was in labor for two days and they wouldn't let me eat anything. And afterwards they kept giving me crap food.. I was sending everyone down to the cafeteria to get me fried chicken strips lol I swear that's all I ate the entire time after I delivered (but I hid it from the nurses lol).

I aete bacon, eggs, toast and hashbrowns I believe.
