Really freaked out about ultrasound in the morning :(

I am really stressed and freaking out about my ultrasound in the morning. I found out at 7 weeks that I was pregnant with twins and one had a sack too small. I returned for another ultrasound at 10 weeks and the smaller ones sack was now two weeks behind and the other twins sack was over a week ahead. The Dr. also said ones head didn't look right and he thinks there is a chromosomal issue and the one is affecting the others health. He told me that usually with this type of issue the pregnancy will end in miscarriage and if I do end up having one it should be by 16 weeks. I will be 14 weeks tomorrow and for the past four weeks since the last ultrasound I had been doing pretty well and the past week had come to terms with whatever happens, happens. Today I have been so freaked out and worried. I have had cramping but no real signs of anything wrong but I am so worried we are going to go in and find out we lost one or both   and even if they are both still alive in there we might end up getting some really bad news about their condition. I have so many feelings going on right now and my head is pounding from the stress.

Oh I'm so sorry. I can't believe it's been 4 weeks since your last ultrasound with all that going on, though. I really hope both babies are doing great. Keep us updated!

I am so sorry you have to go through this. I have been there before. I lost one of my twins at 11 weeks. We found out at the ultrasound that one of the babies had passed but the other was fine. It was a bittersweet moment. Good luck and try to keep up your hopes till you know either way. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
