meal ideas for 10 month old

my 10 month old is working on her 4th tooth. Since she is under one and not supposed to have meat or dairy. I don't really know what to give her besides vegis and fruits. I need some fast little meal ideas for her

DR. said no meat until or milk until her first birthday just trying to follow those guide lines

My daughter is 9 months old and eats everything we eat. The only thing she can't have yet it honey and milk. She hasn't been introduced to peanut butter yet either. She eats meat, yogurt, mac n cheese. All sorts of things.

Is there a reason for it or just because he said?

no I'm a first time mom with not to many people to ask advice from so my husband and I just listen to what the Dr say not sure if its right or not

you can give her yogurt, cheese, mac n cheese, any type of meat she can chew. just not actual milk, my son was eating ham and cheese sandwiches by 10 months old.

Hmm... my baby started on meat. But you could steam veggies or put them in a crockpot. My 10 month old likes to snack on olives, blueberries, pickles, apples, avocado... all cut up very small.
