Lactose issues.

If Christopher has lactose issues would mac and cheese bother him too or yogurts? I'm switching him to Lactaid once we're done with our regular milk, but there isn't no getting him off of macaroni or yogurt Lol.

My son is lactose and he cannot have anything that contains dairy nor soy.

However they do make lactose yogurt.

It depends on how severe his allergy is and if it is the lactose or the milk protien. DS can't have any diary at the moment. We tried little yogurt drops and they made him sick.

They make a lot of lactose free products now and I was just informed that they also make a medicine (for when they are older) that they can take before they eat dairy.

I actually think its yoplait(sp? I don't eat yogurt lol) or Greek.

Anything that requires milk, I sun with Almond milk because my son can keep that down & he can eat vegan cheese because it contains no dairy.
