What sides?

I have Beef fajita meat in the crock pot with fajita sauce.
And I have some chicken fajita rice I'm making with it but I'm not sure if I should make another side
I have potatoes,asparagus,broccoli,peas,corn,spinach,carrots and green beans

Ideas?
