Circulate air. Vinegar is an.excellent deodorizer believe it or not so of there are things he vomited on spray with white vinegar and water. Also Lysol and febreeze. Haha

I always clean the windows in a room when I feel it has a bad smell. I know your kiddo didnt puke on the windows but for some reason, just giving any room a good once over with the cleaning products seems to freshen it up some. Plus circulating the air...

Lysol Neutrair and opening the windows! That helps when my kids puke or after a really nasty diaper!

I would try some vinegar and baking soda.

ETA: I read that you got everything that he threw up on out. lol I would use the Lysol that someone mentioned. That stuff is amazing at eliminating food and other odors.
