Did anyone see this evil smurfer? I've never been so appalled in my life. I don't know how any parent could sit there and not rip his head off. It's extremely graphic and disturbing. Before his sentencing began he unbuttoned his blue button down to reveal a white T-shirt with 'KILLER' etched across the front, and smiled at the victim's families.

"Before his sentence, Lane, wearing a white T-shirt with the word "killer" written across the front, said: "This hand that pulled the trigger that killed your sons now masturbates to the memory. F--- all of you."
Gasps were heard around the courtroom at that point and some in the gallery began to cry."

That kid is seriously a sick smurfer. IMO, of course.
I don't care how many charges I would get, I would not have been sitting there all calm and steady. NO AMOUNT OF YEARS IN PRISON could be enough for that boy.

Yeah, this is the first I've heard about it. I haven't even heard it on the news or anything. I just stumbled across it on my phones "news & weather" and I was SHOCKED.

If I were one of those parents it would take everything in me not to beat that smirk off his face. He is going to get it in prison, to the point where is he afraid to masturbate.

I don't know how any of those parents sat there and didn't jump over and TRY to get ahold of him. One parent said, "You're lucky there's so many cops in here." and he just turned around and smiled at her.

DH said, "I'd be in jail, it wouldn't matter because I wouldn't have a child to go home to. I'd be all over him"

It makes me so sad for the families.

Exactly. Can you imagine? And you know there are fathers in the jail he's going to. Life really isn't going to be easy for him there. He certainly deserves worse, but that'll do for now.

I'm not even a violent person but damn, it would take everything in me not too. I don't think I would care. Hell if I was a cop I may turn my head the other way for a quick second.

Same. I do think Judge's sort of turn a blind eye to reactions like that. You're arrested and what not but, I do think they show discretion for the family.

He doesn't see it right now but he will suffer. If he does have a mental disease then they will probably force him on meds, then he will realize it. Eventually he realize what he has done and he won't be smirking he won't be laughing. They have news prison, those people already know what he did
