Sometimes they are. Sometimes the parents make a plea deal. And sometimes the prosecution just drops the ball. I worked at a law firm that defended these types of people for awhile. I had one case that actually made me vomit. I quit the next day.

i think the mom should get everything they throw at her she is just as guilty.
