I have a blood clotting disorder. I honestly don't know much about it but I was told to stay away from birth control.

it does not sound like your cycles are horribly irregular, your probably ovulating at a different time each month therefore it shortens or lenghens the time between cycles. your best bet is to see an obgyn.

There might be some herbs you can use like chasteberry/vitex , but I'm not sure if you can use that if you have a blood condition. I haven't even tried it but I've heard it helps a lot with that. When I have periods they tend to be 26-40 days and it's really random, and it has been that way since I got my period.

I'm in the 2013/2014 TTC forum on here and I literally just posted about this. my cycles were 29, 30 and 32 days long these past 3 months. and a girl in there said to take vitamin b6 to regulate the cycle. said she knows many people that have success with it, and even googled it too. seems like it may help?

I've tried just taking B6 to help with my cycle. It wacked it out more than helped it. I went from ovulating on my own to having a cycle where I didn't ovulate. I had got my cycle more under control but the B6 wacked it out. I'm going to get some vitex tomorrow since we're starting hormone testing since we still haven't gotten pregnant. Hubby going for a complete SA tomorrow.

Thanks! I see you still haven't had any luck either. I remember talking to you about your opks. Mine were normal for a while and getting positive even with ovulation. This cycle and last cycle I had them almost positive with me thinking I'm about to ovulate but it didn't line up with ovulation. So that's why I'm trying the vitex before going on clomid or anything like that. Clomid increases the chance of multiples and I definitely don't want that. But I'm not sure if I should start vitex before getting my testing done. I don't think it'll hurt anything but it may throw off my levels when they do them. I have to take the first blood test within the first 7 days of my next cycle so from CD1 to CD 7 I have to get it done then they want a CD 21 one done. That one is fasting since I have to do a 2 hour glucose. Right now I'm having some soreness in my boobs which I get around ovulation as well as nausea. I feel a bit wetter down there. With hubby getting his SA tomorrow we can't do anything but we can put off his SA until next week if we do BD tonight. We don't have a specific date to get it done. I think we'll just wait and do it at the end of the week lol. If I am ovulating i want to at least try and catch it. I'm out of opks which sucks.
