Pics and posts? How?

How do I post pictures, etc, on my page? I notice all you ladies have funny things, quotes, videos, bumper stickers, stories down the right side of your pages...how do I post there? Thanks. <3

You can add pretty much anything you want from places like photobucket, google etc, all you have to do is go to "edit profile" and either copy and paste the actual picture, or right click and copy the image location and paste it unto your about me by clicking the image button and then clicking "add image"

Where do you get the age tickers?
Iv seen them before, but cant remember where.
