Bladder problem

posted 19th Mar
Every since I had baby #2 I have had problems holding my bladder, and as she has gotten older its gotten worse. I'm wondering if it is caused from my placenta being attached to my uterus and them having to go in and pull it out bc I couldn't push it out and they couldn't massage it out? Any of you other mamas have this problem? For example.. I was on the trampoline with my 3 yo the other day an all I did was bounce 1 time and I ended up having to change pants bc I peed myself!

Yeah, I have been having problems with my bladder since having my son. I know that my mom explained it to me like this: You pushed a baby out of your vagina and everything got stretched...including the muscles that hold up your bladder. You can either do kegels and hope for the best or invest in a really good surgeon to fix it.

My mom has 4 kids and she can't jump or do anything or she pees too. I did jumping jacks ONE time since having my son and wanted to cry   I'm going to see a physical therapist for it (yeah...I didn't know they had those) after my daughter is born.

I love being able to jump and run with her especially on the trampoline so something has to give!! Lol either they can send me to physical therapy for it or something bc this is non sense lol

Yep, I plan on the physical therapy because I want surgery to be the LAST option. My friend says that she uses benwa balls and it helped, so I might try that first.

I had that problem after my first. I had to go to physical therapy but all they did was show me how to do kegels. They really work but it takes a week or so to start noticing a difference.
