girl turns into a man?

So, I was watching Tv they other day and I saw a clip of (maybe a movie trailer...) a little girl..this little boy gives her a headband, she puts her head down, puts itit on, flips her head up and she turns in either a man or a transvestite? Anyone know what im talking about?? It was hilarious!! I wanna show it to my friend and I can't find it anywhere!! Idk what it was that I even saw it in...
