takes my breath away

hello..my name is tonya...my daughter was born sleeping 2 1/2 months ago...i miss her so much it take my breath away...i dont feel like my grief is improving at all infact i believe im falling more into a depression...any suggestions or things that helped you all get to a place where you felt was "normal"

I honestly think you should see a doctor and get reffered to a greif counseler.. Im so sorry for your loss :-(

Are you seeing anyone about this (therapist) or taking any meds? I cannot imagine what you're going through but I know it's every Mother's worst nightmare. I hope you can get through this difficult time while remaining strong for your oldest child.

i go to support group and i have anxiety medication but i cant take it because it makes me feel like im out of my body

I'm so, so sorry for your loss.
As the previous posters have stated, you should get in and talk to someone about this. You don't have to go through this alone.
