LOL sounds like a winner! my ex is only fighting this because i didnt do the adoption fast enough, he told me..via fb message (because hes so smart) that my SO "could have him" and that hes fully willing to give jacob up for adoption to him but we couldnt do it fast enough for his liking, so in an email he said "i hate you, its on now bitch" ill be printing it all out for the courts lol he doesnt want my son, he just wants to control and piss me off.

Mine has been haranguing me about weekend visits since my 35 week preemie was born. Riddle me that one lol.

He's 6 months, 5 months adjusted, and is now refusing the bottle no matter what's in it or who gives it to him. So I'm curious how he'll feel about not getting his weekend access for a while.

Mine seems to think mentally, emotionally and verbally abusing me (among bullying, manipulation, threats and lying) is going to get him what he wants.

he'll probably be pissed and show his true colors to the judge and they dont take well to that..the judge i had was so friggin intimidating, we have alot going on in our case though, domestic violence and his suicide attempt etc. but when we went last time the judge didnt even say a word to me because he was busy reaming out their duty council..he couldnt even be bothered to show up to court, he sent his mommy lmao she has no idea what shes doing..she even tried to approach my lawyer! (cant do that)

Adding... he's BF but wasn't gaining enough for his pedi's liking so he was getting one bottle of formula a day. Which he's now refusing.

Yes. He lives 2+ hours away and doesn't see Bub very often. He thinks having joint custody will "force us to work together", but doing that won't benefit the baby in any way, because his parents can't work together.

I'm not. Really. Judges scare me so I'm just worried I'll cry in the court room >.<

I had court in November to update the agreement with my daughter's dad. We'd gone to mediation and everything was civil but I still stumbled over my words. Ugh lol.

It's scary. I had to for my daughter's first court appearance. One her dad didn't even show up to.
