What could it be?

I have cramps and wierd feeling in my stomach, I thought it was my period finally coming so I put on a pad just incase but it hasn't come so now it's late and I have heavy discharge. I've felt sick and tired but Im not sure if its pregnancy as its nothing like my first (twins) so could it be something else, or get a test?

I would test especially if your period is late. And seeing how your first was twins, you don't really have a singleton pregnancy to compare to. All pregnancies won't be as bad as it was with your twins. Not saying you are pregnant but just saying that just cause it doesn't feel like it did with your twin pregnancy doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. Good luck!

I've always said as a joke that if I was to have a single pregnancy I probably wouldn't even know cause of how sick I was with my twins lol. I don't know what to think if I am

Well first thing is first which is test. If it comes back negative, wait and see if your period shows. If it doesn't and you get more sick, test again. If its positive, well good luck. Lol. I don't have twins but I have three kids all 16 months apart in age so in a way, I kinda feel like I'm dealing with twins sometimes. Haha. And yeah..you might be surprised though. I have heard women say their singletons were worse than twin pregnancies but the majority of women say its easier. I'm sure either way, you will know
