I live in Australia we don't have Walmart so I'm not sure but you can get it on eBay its about $20 aud. You just put pre seed up your vagina like with your finger, we used it like regular lube. I'm not sure about soft cups you could use turkey baster to put the sperm inside you so you can get it close to the cervix then put the soft cup in there.

13 DPO, got my BFP yesterday. On 8 dpo, I started getting AF type cramps on the left side. Normally my AF cramps are just on the right side. So, if the cramps are different it sounds promising. Babydust Good luck!
