Weightloss buddy's needed!!!

I'm in need of a weightloss buddy (or a couple of them!!). I'm going to be counting calories and starting the gym in the morning. I'm 189lbs at my biggest I was 215 but I need to get this 69lbs off I need to do this now before its to late I'm a single mom who is to fat to run around with her kids without getting to tired and I need to be here for them.

I don't need to lose weight but I'm pretty educated when it comes to fitness and work out constantly, so I'm here if you need to talk.

Fat loss factor is just like a way of eating basically. It's a diet but I'm not doing fasting and such just the structured eating plan which is incorporating raw foods and alkaline foods. Basically healthy eating I just like to have a plan lol.

Turbo Fire is a beachbody workout. I LOVE it.

Sounds great my biggest thing is I have a small fear of working out at the gym tomorrow with people around me. I've never worked out in front of people before.

Im with you my goal is 21 more pounds by June. I am doing a high protien 1200 calorie a day meal plan and 45 min of exercise 5 days a week.

Sounds good! It's not having you cut out any type of food is it? Like it's not cutting fats or carbs, right?

Nope   You can go to the extreme of cutting out meat but you don't have to. It's not a requirement of the diet at all. Pretty much they give you the extreme of the diet and then they give you 2 or 3 other options that get easier.

If you're working out you're going to want protein to burn the most fat and raise your metabolism quickest

Oh definitely! Plus I tried eating vegitarian and I didn't have a problem getting enough protein but I really like meat lol.

ME! Lol I need a partners for support. I have about same goal weight to lose and I'm just eating healthy, exercising at home whenever I can squeeze it in.
