I'm on the trinessa pill .. Your period is supposed to come the day of your first placebo pill right? I'm trying to figure this out bc I finished the pills Saturday & started the placebo pills yesterday but still no period

Not always.

I'm on sprintec and I start the third or fourth day of the placebo pills.
