I would change the password on your email, and do a virus check.

Has that happend to you before? Everyone told me that I didnt needed a virus protection on my phone nor my tablet. I was skeptical
and I knew I should of had got one anyways. Which one is good?

Yup. I just dealt with this a little over a month ago.
