His 19 months and his has started saying two word sentences.

Pretty much anything we ask him to say. He's a little chatterbox. A few words that are is favorite are, mama, mommy, dada, ball ball, light, no, yes, eat eat, hungry, mine, ow, hurt, byebye, nanny, poppy, austy, papa, kyler, pookie, horsey, hey, hi, get it, bath and my favorite one he says is please.. it sounds like peas hahaha.

every once in a while he will say 'bite'
'herewo' (here you go)
'huh'
'dada'
'ma'

and that's about it. most of the time it's just babble. he's way behind...mostly because he's had constant ear infections...we just got tubes friday and i'm hoping he'll start saying more!

he does understand a LOT though. like sit down, bath, socks, shoes, eat, drink, outside, let's go, bye bye, give me a kiss, lay down, change your diaper, night night time...he understands SO much just refuses to actually say it.

those are the things he understands though, not says. the list of what he says is very short...and i hardly ever actually hear them lol.

me too! 2 doctors have called him borderline speech delayed. but im not really worried...i know he will talk. he's only 16 1/2 months. at least he's understanding just about everything and will follow through with it.
especially now that he has tubes and everything doesn't sound like its underwater to him hopefully he'll start picking up.

DD had her tongue clipped at 6 months, so I believe that set her behind.

If we ask her something she'll shake her head for No or Yes and shrug her shoulders for I dont know.
I'm pretty sure thats all.
