im used to it to i walk in the room show them where the vein(s) usually are and say you will need a butterfly needle, i'm almost all of the time met with the response, we will see or i know how to do my job then a minute or so later an oh you were right

Yer I usually get the butterfly needle. When I had DS I had one canular put in then she said whoops wrong place and moved it, ended up getting 3 holes and the scars are still visible! Every time I get a blood test I tell them it will be difficult they always agree I was right afterwards lol. Maybe its an English thing.
