And again, it happens. I am no longer just spotting here and there. I have clots. WHY??? I just want to crawl into a smurfing hole. My body apparently is anti pregnancy now. How do people do this? Survive loss after loss? I just........smurf, man.

Honestly I don't know. I can't imagine being able to survive loss again and again. I am so sorry

I wish I had advice. You just put one foot in front of the other and try to find the cause and a cure. I'm sorry. I know that pain far too well from 4 weeks all the way to 23 weeks.

For me, progesterone supplements and blood thinners seems to have done it for me. I'll never TTC without them!!! I'm 30w and counting after SIX LOSSES thanks to my combo!

Have you had any tests run?

I went and looked and saw your low progesterone issues. Have your doc write you a script for TTC. I have to start my progesterone 3 days after ovulation or its too late. Makes TTC less spontaneous, but its worth it.

Ask your doc about taking a "baby aspirin" 81mg every day while TTC and into the first trimester. I started mine a month before TTC this time.

ETA: ARE YOU TAKING THE PROGESTERONE ORALLY OR VAGINALLY?
Taking it vaginally is MUCH much more effective.

Thank you. I am taking it vaginally and by the cream. I had to beg for the progesterone this time around. I have had 3 pregnancies that went without a hitch. My first was a loss at 14 weeks, then 3 babies now loss after loss. I have done everything right with these too. I'm not smoking, caffeine is pretty much non existent. Can't say the same for the 3 healthy babies. I just don't get it, I feel.......smurf, I don't even know what I feel. I feel stupid saying that to you, I know what you have been through and it's nothing comparable.

A loss is a loss. Being so close with my son and losing him was insanely harder, but also easier in some ways (I knew why it happened, knew there were ways to prevent it from happening again with the help of a good doc, etc). I could figure out a game plan and CONQUER it.

Early pregnancy is TERRIFYING by comparison. I'm scared now, but not nearly like I was before!!!

Just keep taking the P and praying you caught it in time. If not, demand a couple refills and take 100mg vaginally every day from 3DPO onward til BFP and then do 100mg 2x/day til you can get your P tested in that pregnancy and see if you should up the dosage. That's what I did this time.

An baby aspirin can help thin the blood slightly and make it easier for the placenta to begin to attach. And B-6 and colic acid are both also good for early fetal neural development and placental development. Strong placenta make a strong pregnancy!

Your body is different after each pregnancy. Some people conceive in an instant with one and spend years TTC#2 or the exact opposite. So, its very possible to develop low P suddenly and without much explanation. *hugs*
