Give up for the night??
posted 17th Mar
DD is 11 months old. We've co slept since birth. I've recently decided to start putting her in her crib. She will stay there for a few hours-half the night. It's been hard, but I think it's best for both of us. I usually pat her and sing or pat her and read. Tonight she's not having it. She's freaking out. I finally decide to put her to sleep and then put her in the crib. She wakes up within seconds. I gave it my best to let her CIO and just couldn't do it. She's back in my bed comfort nursing/pacifying. Should I keep trying to give it up for the night? I don't want this to set us back but I don't want her to be overly stressed.
