guess it would depend on the severity of the charge, the judge, and amount of pertinent information the kid has. children aren't the best witnesses, they're too easy to lead.

On that particular night she was buying them to use them, and sell the leftovers. She also did the drug off of a book that she put on him while he was in his car seat.

Sure! If you want, you can send me a message about what substance your novel is dealing with... and if it's not the same as D's situation then I'll find out for you. Our lawyer is really awesome. She would answer a million useless questions from me.
