Lump at the bottom of my breast?

I just noticed that I have a a hard lump like thing at the bottom of my left breast. I don't have my next doctor's appointment until April 6th. I'm just freaking out because when I touch it, it feels really sore! What could it be?

are you BFing?

I would call and see if they can see you sooner. It could be anything, and the faster they can see you the faster they can diagnose what it is or isn't.

Not really. I've been using a breast pump and putting my milk in a bottle because LO won't latch on.

See if you can work it out with massage (while pumping if you can), if you can it's milk, if not get checked out. It could still be a blocked duct or something, but you'll want to find out.
