is that why the people at the gym (personal trainers) only recommend 20 minutes on the elliptical and then the rest lifting weights, stretching and stuff?
so If I did 20 minutes on the elliptical in the morning after breakfast, and then went to the gym a couple hours later and did 20 minutes on a exercise machine and then lifted weights, that would work out too?
