I never do more than 20 mins a day. To me it's a wasted exercise.

It will take at least a month to see results. I go to the gym at least three times a week and spend 2 hours there and then watch what I eat. It took me about 6 weeks to see results on the scale. I wish I had been measuring because I am sur I would've noticed the results there first.

Not sure if anyone mentioned and ur already doing these things too but things that help me is to drink a lot of water, watch my salt intake and a lot of times dressing/dips can be loaded with calorie etc so watch that as well. Be patient with yourself, u will start seeing progress ..at least thats what I'm telling myself that as well

How many calories are you eating altogether? Eating too few can also cause you to gain weight.

It's great to do weights and cardio but you could be doing altogether too much. A rest day helps your body recuperate and a change in pace can help you lose faster too. Keep your spirits up, you're already on a low carb diet and you have the dedication, you'll see the results very soon---if you haven't already!

what weighs more a pound of feathers or a pound of gold?

LOL. Muscle doesn't weight more, it takes up less room than what fat does.

Quoting thats me.  :" what weighs more a pound of feathers or a pound of gold? LOL. Muscle doesn't weight more, it takes up less room than what fat does."

Muscle does not weigh more than fat, any more than lead weighs more than feathers. A pound is a pound is a pound. Where the misunderstanding often comes in is that muscle is much more dense than fat, so that, byvolume, it seems to weigh more. That is, a pound of muscle occupies less space than a pound of fat. In addition, because a pound of muscle burns more fat than a pound of fat, even at rest, by increasing your lean muscle tissue mass, you're helping your body burn more calories.
But back to your question. If you only have a small amount of weight to lose, then you may feel like the weight training is not helping you move down on the scale. In fact, the number may even go up, but you will look thinner. This is due to an increase in lean body mass (muscle, bone, blood volume) and a decrease in body fat. In other words, even if the scale doesn't change much, you will probably see a difference in how your clothes fit.
On the other hand, if you have a lot of weight to lose, you will also experience an increase in lean body mass and loss of body fat. But the results on the scale will probably be more dramatic

Look up Trim Healthy Mama on Amazon. I am not kidding....it's INSANE and so eye opening. It tells you what you're doing wrong and why you're not losing weight and then gives you the information and recipes to help you lose weight. I've lost 9 lbs this last month and that's only doing it about 2-3 weeks of the month. No exercising too! They have a fabulous positive FB group for Trim Healthy Mamas to join and get advice and recipes. It's so safe that you can even do it when you're pregnant and breastfeeding. I'm nursing right now and even though I lost all that weight in 1 month, I haven't noticed a decrease in my milk supply. My baby still seems has fat and happy as ever. Seriously, look into it. It's $35 for the book, but it's SOOOOOO worth it. I can't even express to you how much it's worth it. Good luck, mama!
