Jumpstarting Labor

Does anybody know any legit tips for jumpstarting labor? Other than sex??

Nothing will work unless your body is ready, and if your body is ready, you don't need to jump start labor. It will happen on it's own. Just be patient.

Nothing works until baby is ready. I know it's not what you want to hear. Just enjoy your last few moments of pregnancy. You'll miss them

EPO to ripen your cervix
red raspberry leaf tea to tone your uterus
labor/birth ball
squats....

these will only help make your labor easier by getting into shape (walking, squats, sex). EPO for ripening your cervix. But unfortunately there is no surefire way to start labor unless you get induced medically and sometimes that doesn't even work

Time baby will come when it's ready it's pointless to drive yourself nuts trying to get your body to do something it is not ready to do. One of those things that will happen when it happens relax, read a book, take a long bath and enjoy the quiet.

Step 2: place your hands together in a prayer pistion
Step 3: just kidding, suck it up! Baby will come whe it's ready,
If you go over due your ob will likely suggest induction because obs are impatient little twats, and boom 18 hours of labor, they'll break your watee, and one cesarean later you'll have a baby in your arms 

Nothing will work unless your baby and body are ready. Just relax because soon enough you'll be exhausted.
