Robitussin DM?

I have bronchitis, the hospital said I could take Robitussin Dm while breastfeeding but the pharmacist said she doesnt recommend it. So how do i know if its safe or not??

I took it while I was pregnant and had bronchitis. It's safe according to my Ob.
