really?!

wtf I just typed up a whole entire PARAGRAPH and when I hit "post" it DELETED everything and said I had to enter text to post... wtf?! ughhh! Anyway... How about this: the place my husband works REFUSES to get him any help (besides cable guys...) on his shift. So, in other words; there's NO ONE to help him validate fails or do anything else on the lines... he basically RUNS the lines on second shift... While first shift has about 6 or 7 people in his field; and they are STEADILY hiring people on first shift for engineering... while saying "It'd cost too much to hire you some help on second shift" And they refuse to transfer anyone to second from first in that area; which is really stupid. (I mean, seriously! He asked his "supervisor" if he could transfer someone to second shift at least for a little while; the guy looks him in the face and says "No!") I told DH that he needs to DEMAND them get him some help on second shift or he's going somewhere else to work. I mean; seriously! What would you do?! I'm about sick of this place, anyway because they are now starting to fire people for being sick and in the hospital... which is completely out of line and, if I'm not mistaken illegal? smh... I don't know how much more DH and I can take of all the stress his job is putting on him. I mean, he's LITERALLY killing himself doing this job... what would you do in his situation?!

look for a new job.
