I'd def say that what you're feeling is movement. It usually takes longer to feel with your first baby.

Do you have an anterior placent?

With my first I had an anterior placenta and didn't really feel movement until just after 22 weeks.
I was the same at the u/s, could see her moving like mad but just not feel her yet.

Try drinking some OJ if you like it, it tends to make babies super active, lol.

How soon (and often actually) you feel baby movements depends on the position of the baby and where your placenta is located. I didn't feel my first until I was about 23-24 weeks... this one I started feeling around 18 weeks.

Then that's more than likely baby moving.   That's when I feel this one most; when I'm laying down on my back or right side. (but mine isn't just a bump, it's actual spasmlike movements.)

Really drinking orange juice can make the baby more active I didn't know that I have to give that a try
