tell me the truth..

So i've become almost obsessive about my arms....I always feel like they are so fat. So I'm going to post some pictures and have you guys tell me if you think i have fat arms....like my upper arms.(i know you guys will tell me the truth )

They aren't skin and bones but by no means are they fat

No they are perfectly propotionate

Not fat but kinda plump, arm raises will tone em up or push ups

I don't think so. But if you're super worried, try and tone them. Also, I don't think that shirt is very flattering.

I dont think they are fat.. I feel the same way about my arms!

They look fine to me! Maybe do some pushups or something to tone em up if you're that self concious about em... but they look perfectly fine!

haha yeah i realized that after i took the picture...luckily i didn't go anywhere today. I haven't worn it since i had my baby.

i have been starting to exercise them but i just think about my arms all the time and how i can like feel the fat in them. its weird ive never been like that before.

hahah i love that shirt though! I swear it used to fit a lot better.....my everything just got bigger since i had a baby. Maybe I just need to except that and get a new wardrobe.

I feel like that about my arms. It was really bad for awhile, I would always wear long sleeved shirts.

yeah i have started wearing like cardigans a lot. I made an appointment to get a half sleeve like a month ago for the 31st of march..and i think that is when i started really noticing my arms and critiquing them. do you think a half sleeve would make my arms look even fatter? ughh

Definitely NOT fat. They aren't toned either, if you want them to be smaller and toned, you could get some weights and google some arm toning exercises. But I think they look fine the way they are TBH.
