Time Warner help please

They were supposed to install my internet on Tuesday but they smurfed up and recorded the wrong address in their system so when they came out they said I couldn't get internet. After going through a lot of smurf they had to put in a request for me to get cable at my apartment which they told me would take a max of 48 hours to determine. Well I called them on Thursday when that 48 hours was up for them to tell me they wouldn't know until the 19th... WTF?! And that would all be ok if I didn't have to drive for 20 minutes to have internet access on the computer I have all of my information on..
WWYD?

Look for a different company to be your provider.

Ask the apartment manager what cable/internet companies are available for your apartment.
