That's what I thought too although the jacket covering her baby is too tight

i don't see a carrier. to me it looks like the baby is just supported by her jacket. and i'd be afraid the baby would smother..

That was my initial thought. Isnt really to shocking if thats the case. If the baby is just in her jacket for the hell of it then I would be like wtf.

If the baby's only in her jacket w no carrier that's weird lol and scary. Also at first glance it looks like she's holding a beer can which makes me laugh

If the baby is breastfeeding, it still needs some air to breathe like that.
