To big for breastfeeding?? Then how are there toddlers nursing well past 3 many of them on BG. The world wide weaning age is 4-5 years. He isnt to big for breastfeeding..

I agree. But it will be entirely up to him wither its breast or cup. If he shows interest in tandem feeding i won't deny it to him. I've read that babies who were not provided with breast milk were way more prone to having developmental delays so now i feel there is no one to blame but myself and if i can reverse the issue in any way i may as well give it a shot. He doesn't talk, he doesn't play, he had no social interaction with others, he's just not the average 2 year old.

I just wanted to say its not your fault
My son is two also and is speech delayed and being evaluated for SPD and I breastfed for 15 months.

It's not your fault. I think bm will be great for him. He may not know how to latch though so cup for sure unless you can get him comfortably nursing. But if he has no interest then cup for sure. But I wouldn't make it taboo for him to be on the breast if he wants to.

I think you have great insight to all of this please dont feel guilty you did all you knew how to do at that time of your life and now you are doing differently, best of luck to you both mama I hope everything falls into place for your son.
