Zi xiu tang bee pollen for weight loss

The craze finally hit my area. The woman at the natural food store said she sells hundreds a week. Has anyone heard of it? It's supposed to be all "natural" and it comes from China. Has anyone taken this? What was your experience? To be honest, the side effects kind of scare me. Frequent bowel movements, dry mouth, lump in throat, restlessness, dizziness, nervousness, insomnia.

I saw the title of the post and I was like "I KNOW THIS!" Lol.
I actually was on these pills for 3 months (still have some pills left over). When I started I was about 182 lbs, and dropped to 158 lbs.  . (Stopped due to pregnancy). So almost 30 lbs dropped; 10 lbs the first month - if not more.
When I first started the pills I had the restlessness, the dry mouth, annnnd freq. bowel movements.
The dry throat was easily taken care of by carrying some sort of juice/water around in a cup with me everywhere (yes even at work).
The bowel movements for me at least, happened every single day at the same time.
The restlessness... speaks for itself. It only lasted for 2wks honestly.

I took two pills in the morning right after I woke up/right before I ate breakfast.

I had my mom on them as well <___<. She could only take one pill per day since it would give her an upset stomach.

Though $40 (unsure if it's more now) for just one months worth of them, ehhh. It's a tad bit expensive, but if you can afford them, I would say go for it.

I don't know where online, but i got mine from a local natural foods store.

A little late, but curious, does it speed up your heart rate or anything?

I don't remember the website I got mine from. Nor do I work were the lady had given me the pills either ):. I will look though.

I am going to assume it's not good for anyone with HBP.
[Unsuitable] Not for adolescents, elderly, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, people who suffer from liver, kidney, heart disease, high blood pressure etc., depression people or anyone with bee or pollen allergies.

I'm on my 3rd day and have not experienced it. So far, the only side effects I have is the feeling of a lump in my throat and I am more thirsty than normal.
I have no trouble sleeping or settling down, no anxiety or jitteryness. But it is only the 3rd day.
