is it just the test? confused -_-

I have taken a few pregnancy tests i am now 2 days late and these answer brand tests and these cheap dollar store tests are not getting any darker which i don't understand. shouldn't they be getting darker everyday?

Well, HCG takes 48-72 hours to double so if it hasn't been 3-4 days yet, I wouldn't worry too much.

nope, mine actually started getting lighter up until I was a week late...I got a positive a couple days before my missed period..and then everyday for a week I tested and for like 3-4 days after the first positive I got negatives and then I started getting super faint positives and they didn't get any darker until I was a week late.

The tests are old and dry. The lines you're supposedly seeing are most likely evaps from reading them way outside the time frame. You're 16. I really hope you're not pregnant.

Oh okay yeah mine are really light, thinking in a few days they will get darker it is just odd some women get lines before their missed period and some can not get lines even after their missed period

No they are not, my urine is dark but the test is not super old it had a line within the time frame so do not know what you are talking about.
