TTC for over a year

Without a doubt, there is a difference between those of you who TTC for a week, a month, or even a few months before fortuitously getting preggers and those that have aged a year or more in the process of trying to get pregnant.

this thread is a place for those dedicated and frustrated people out there who've been working at baby-making and all the different aspects of it for over a year-- to share ideas, strategies, techniques (whatever!), vent, and generally commiserate w/ one another during their struggles w/ getting pregnant.

perhaps you could call yourselves TTC professionals ...

either way, this sticky is LOOOONG over due. my apologies for the lateness.

great idea....I couldve used this place while trying to concieve this one.... sometimes its just too much feeling helpless and theres nothing you can do...to all the TTC mummas **BFP DUST* to you all and hope to see you in the pregnancy forums soon   

Im glad this post is here too! There is a big difference in those who are stressing over their first couple of cycles to those who have been waiting for years to bring that baby home! Big hugs to all of us TTC veterans!

I agree, there is a huge difference.
I had an onlinefriend who started freaking out about how she would never have kids after not getting a BFP the first time.
She started talking to me about the tests she wanted to have done by her doctor because her mother got pregnant first try.
She kinda assumed she would as well and since she didn't then she must be faulty.
I got so annoyed because at the time we were 2 years in and I had been diagnosed with PCOS.
Needless to say, we stopped talking after it.
Anyway rant over.

Yeah your right, in a way it is depressing that we can post in here, but the good thing is that there are other ladies that will know what we are going though, the meds, and the next steps!
