re: TTC for over a year

and i think i might have just found a hint to our problem... Marks a painter and handles paints, stains, and lacquers every single day! and i just read that it may lead to a low and weak sperm count...and he never wears his damn mask... ERGH...

Well,

My name's Amanda and I've been TTC since August of 2006.

MDs don't want to try too many fertility drugs since technically "I'm medically healthy and perfectly fertile" but 2 years of failed attempts to concieve have got to mean something right?! Argh..

I've been on BG for quite a while now and love all you ladies!

I've never been pregnant, no miscarriages, no NOTHING.

It's depressing, although I'm glad I've never had to go through MC'ing.
I'm hoping that when I FINALLY get preggo that it will stick and I"ll NEVER have to go through that!

Some things we are trying:
*Both of us are losing weight-started the diet today actually, it's supposed to be really good!
*Both of us are trying to eliminate stressors in our life that we see as un-necessary.
*Trying to push DH to get his spermies checked although this is harder than I thought. Considering the home test. He's only 26 and the MD says we prob have nothing to worry about, but just wanna be sure!
*Md playing around with the idea of Clomid if we hit the two year mark with no success.

*Edited to add that I also dabble in checking CM, OPKs, CP, Charting my ovulation and most fertile days, and LOTS AND LOTS OF PRAYER!!!!!

Alrighty now I'm Ashley and my fiance is Drew we've been together for 3 years and decided to start TTC last June 7 months later in January we got pregnant and I ended up losing the baby at 3 months it was a missed abortion and I needed a d&c it's been 3 months sence our lost and we've been trying again hoping for our chances to become parents.

hi my name is connie and me and my boyfriend Juan have been ttc seens 07. i found out i was pregnant in july of 06 lost my baby at 9 weeks. We have been trying but no luck yet

Welcome... Stephanie, have you done everything I mean liek IVF and stuff...Wow 5 years, I cant imagine what your going through

No.... unfortunately our insurance doesn't cover anything that has to do with infertility and we can't afford to pay for Ivf or any of the other major treatment on our own. We have only been able to use Clomid off and on. It's sad really,,, but with this new doctor and the way they bill things... we might finally be able to at least find out why. 5-6 years with no answers...there may finally be a light at the end of the tunnel. July 7th starts another chapter in our TTC journey.

My name is Bree. Hubby and I have been trying since June '06
We suffered two miscarriages starr rainn on 4/27/07 and rose ryvyr on 8/22/07. We found I have 2 bloodclotting disorders, factor V lieden and Heterozygeous MTHFR. We have 3 of the best doctors looking out for us. Hopefully soon we will hold the beautiful child we are trying for.. If nothing happens this month I will be going on Clomid

Im sorry for everyones losses, today being fathers day i had a good cry over the angels we lost too. Good luck to everyone, i know how hard this is. I hope we all get ourBFP real soon, and that our pregnancies produce healthy term babies  

...i tested today, BFN! I was excited thinking about getting a pos on fathers day, for some stoopid reason i didnt think about the disappointment of getting another neg - wishful thinking i guess! just waiting for AF to show her ugly face now. Theres always next month right?? .... its strange how much i hate that saying, but in the end its true and i still cling on to it with hope! best wishes to all you girlies
