does it taste like regular tea or can you tell the difference in flavor?

It all depends. The longer you steep your tea, the more caffeine flows into the water.

But, tea is better than pop during pregnancy.

it has a bit of a cinnamon flavor with a hint of orange. i love it but i like a lot of teas. if your not much of a tea drinker you can buy a sampler pack and see which ones you like.

what I did is buy crystal light sometimes for a now and then while pregnant. But I also bought a water bottle that was huge lol and I knew if I drank it all the way twice in one day I had my eight cups of water

sounds good i think i will pick up a variety pack
