Participating in a 5k

It's a charity event for children with development disabilities. I'm convinced I will be walking most of it tomorrow morning, but it's better than not trying at all!

I'm mostly excited about raising money for an awesome cause.  

Have fun! My day tomorrow will probably be spent exactly where my last 3 have been....In my hovel switching between cleaning and homework.

That's awesome! I did my first last month. I'm definitely not a runner, but it wasn't bad. You'll have a good time.  

That sounds awesome! I don't think i could straight walk a 5K honestly lol. I think it would have to be exciting like the one where its i believe 5K and its kind of based around the walking dead. You have to race to the end and the whole time there are obsticals(sp)and the walking dead chasing you.

I want to do this so bad!

I just did a 5k (graffiti run) yesterday. It was a lot of fun and its over before you know it.

I had a blast! The weather was freezing and it rained, but it was so worth it. I'm determined to keep going and eventually be able to finish it running.  

Maybe a tough mudder or zombie dash will be in my future since they look so fun!
