When you are ADDING solids to a diet? You offer food first.... Ask a pediatrician.

I did they said ALWAYS BEFORE when they are under 1. Especially when they are just starting out.

Well, I guess the children's clinic I just worked at 2 weeks ago is providing incorrect information.... My pediatric teacher and my 2012 nursing books must also be incorrect..heh.
