Trying to figure out my due date!

I am antsy to figure out when I'm due for a few reasons. My husband and I separated for a few weeks in Jan. and got back together at the end of January and I found out I', pregnant mid Feb. and I'm a little bit worried. I started my period on the 28th of January. It was shorter than normal by a day or two. It was only a four day period but it was heavy (as in I used super + tampons the first two days) The last time I had sex with another man was maybe around the twelfth of January. Somewhere around there. My husband is worried it may not be his baby. Which is stressful on me. I'm 99.9% sure that it is. I went to see a doctor a week ago and we saw the sac but still couldn't make out a heart beat. She thinks I conceived in Feb. I just want input to see what everyone thinks. No judgment. We all make mistakes.

You got pregnant in February.

If there is just a sac, then i would think you're super early like 2-3 weeks.

I would think so too. But they measured it and said I was five weeks , two days. I dont know how accurate those are. But my doctor asked me to come back March 20th to hear the heart beat. I did the Due Date Calculator on here and its estimating six weeks. Its just really close and make me nervous.

The first ultrasound is the most accurate. If he said you were 5 weeks and 2 days you're 5 weeks and 2 days.

I'm sorry it is stressing you out. If yall are back together, then it shouldn't really matter if the baby is his or not. I know that is easier said than done, though.
The only way to really truly know is to get a DNA test. Are you planning on one of those?

You might have ovulated a little later in February. Did they see the fetal pole?

If you're counting back from your due date hoping to get your conception date that doesn't work as that is not how it is calculated. Wether you're 5 weeks and 2 days or 6 weeks isn't going to give you the conception date. Your EDD is calculated by using the first day of your last period, not the day you conceived.

We are back together and decided to make it work. It just makes me nervous because we like to keep our private life very private (we don't like our families in on our problems because it just creates drama) If this baby isn't his, it would look like I had an affair, and I just don't want that drama! The other guy is not the same race as my husband so I think it would be obvious without a DNA test whose baby it is.

What is a fetal pole? I saw like the bid sac and then a little baby sac in that but no heartbeat.

So essentially she could take two weeks off & that is around the time of conception?

I thought thats how they figured out conception date, based on how far along you are??

No, it's dated from the first day of your last period..... It's really screwed up but I could get a link to explain it if you like?

If you could tell me the date of the first day of your last period, the date you had sex with your DH and the date you had sex with the other guy I could work it out for you. Obviously it won't be certain but it will give a good indication. Do you remember the dates OP?
