Rant/Advice needed please

So, my uncle stays with us while he is in town (months at a time). He works with my BIL. My uncle told me if he stayed with me he would help chip in with bills. OK, and normally he gives me $50 a week to go toward bills. Well, since he got a girl friend type deal he has completely drained his account plus blown his pay checks! Mind you he had a little over $2500 in his account not including a check that was $550 and another one that was $350 all but $200 was blown in a weekend! OK, not my money I don't care but he hasn't given me any bill money what so ever DH paid all bills in full and we buy all the food, household items for him to use such as laundry soap, shampoo, things like that which my uncle doesn't pitch in on. My uncle doesn't even take out the trash or clean up after himself. I've had several conversations with him already. Bills paid first and then enjoy your girlfriend but I can't keep letting him be a freeloader or maid! He constantly gives my kids candy or sugary foods before bed though I tell him not too and everything. I don't know what else to do with him. I've talked to him, my mother (since it's her brother) has spoken with him even DH had mentioned things to him and he ignores everything. Not to mention his girlfriend has an abusive background and known for making her way around mexican guys illegal or not! I know this because she used to date a few family friends of our family also other employees that work for my BIL and hangs out at a well known bar where drugs get sold. She is involved in a bunch of drama. I've already told my uncle that if he wants to see her that's fine and dandy but please don't bring her to my home since I don't need her pissing someone off and they come knocking on my door looking for her or beating my uncle. I just don't know what else I can do. I've reminded him about bills due and write reminders everywhere. I don't want to be a bitch but I think I may have too.

$50 a week it's nothing. I would tell him either pay what you're share is or get the F out!!!

At that point I would just tell him he needs to find somewhere else to stay if he can't keep his end of the bargain up.

I dont see what her being a slut has anything to do with this...

I don't either, or the fact that she sleeps with "Mexicans"  

I would set up a type of written agreement, and have him sign it. Tell him that if he breaks the "lease" then he will have 2 weeks or so to find somewhere else to live.

I don't care who she sleeps with but she's known for using guys for money and well known in the Mexican community.

But he is suppose to give me $100 today so if he doesn't I am just going to tell him he has to find somewhere to stay because it's not fair that I have to keep pulling money out of our savings to pay for his portion of bills. It's not like I am charging him for nothing either since our electric and water bills go up when he is here.
