FML... seriously.

APPARENTLY, my mirena was put in AFTER my medicaid ran out last year. now i owe my OB's office over $1300. SmUrf. SmUrfING SmUrf SmUrf SmUrf! UGHHHH!
DD also has an ear ache and is going to the doc this morning also. i hope it's not an infection.

Yesterday I called the IRS to find out where my 3,000 tax return went and found out that I donated it to my husbands ex-wife.

Oh smurf that sucks. I'm having to save $4000 to get my Essure done since they require payment up front and I only had maternity insurance.

My day hasn't started so great either.
My 2 yr old woke up in a bad mood, my car won't start(dead dead dead battery), I'm late for work, and I'm freaking starving to death.

Just make payments. Most Drs offices don't even care what the payment is as long as you make one =)

And just think if you were on anything else, even paying $20/month for 5 years would be $1,200.

It's about 21.50/month actually. It lasts 5 years, so its not an insane price actually.

Was it your return? Because you can file an injured spouse thing and get it back if so. My husband did it a few years ago when they tried to take our entire refund for student loans. It prevents them from punishing you for something the spouse owes. It's a PIA to do though because you have to refile completely with the new amended paperwork but you'll get most or all of it back in the end.

OP that SUCKS about the big bill.
